O.T Bay Builders started with a simple idea: to build homes the right way, without shortcuts. With over 40 years of combined experience in remodeling, our founders—led by Tom—wanted to do things differently. After working in larger teams companies that often prioritized profits over people, Tom knew he wanted to make a change. He wanted to create spaces where people feel at home, bringing dreams to life with care and attention.
Based in the Bay Area, O.T Bay Builders is all about turning experience into real homes our clients can be proud of. We’re here to help families and individuals feel at home in the communities they love, and every step of the way, we work to make each project feel personal and lasting.
The O.T Bay Team
We consider our team as a big family. Each member, from architects to designers, electricians to plumbers, brings years of experience and creativity to the table. We’re a close-knit team, chosen not only for skill but for commitment to quality. Every project is unique, and we work together to make sure our clients get the best in both design and detail.
To keep things focused, each of our project managers takes on no more than five projects at once. This allows us to be responsive, listen to what our clients need, and make sure no detail is missed. We want every project to be something we’d be proud to live in ourselves, which is why we take such pride in what we do.
